PREMIER FINE DINING

coast a restaurant in Saundersfoot offers the premier dining experience in the area. A short 15 minute drive from the house it offers fine dining experience in a extremely romantic setting. At the higher end of pricing but worth every penny.

INEXPENSIVE & VERY LOCAL

The nearest pub, the Cross Inn is only 50 meters from the house & offers excellent family dining options as well as the cheeky pint or two. Menu options include fish & ships, pie’s, lamb shanks, Indian & Welsh curry’s, & pints of prawns.

TRADITIONAL FISH & CHIPS

One thing the local area has in abundance is Fish & Chips, with one on every corner it feels like. Penally has a chip van about a 5 mins walk from the house. If you feel like grabbing a take-out then our recommendation is Fecci’s in Tenby.

GREAT FOOD GREAT VIEWS

The other end of Tenby South Beach from Penally is Salty's Beach Bar & Restaurant. One of our favourite places to grab a bite, have a beer or expresso martini (or 4), while looking out over the ocean. Children can play in the sand while parents drink.

THE SUNDAY ROAST

In our opinion the best place for a Sunday lunch. It’s a must eat here during your stay. It is very busy all year round so you need to reserve a table or face being disappointed. The Stackpole Inn is also a traditional pub,..while you wait for food.

THE CURRY OPTION

Tenby & the local area doesn’t have a lot of curry options. Our go-to option didn't survive 2020. Bay of Bengal is in Tenby but as yet we haven't given it a try. Hopefully by 2022 we will have feedback for you (cross fingers)

In Penally Village

Trefloyne Manor Golf Club has an excellent restaurant. It can be walked, the entrance is at the other end of the village so its a little far but if you want a drink you can get home on foot

Small Village - Many Options

For such a small rural town Penally does have a lot of great options. Penally Abby has a fine restaurant & also does afternoon team. For big families they also have a hotel with perfect rooms

Between Penally & Tenby

You wouldn't accidentally find Heywood Bar & Grill but isn't far from the house. We haven't been yet so hopefully in 2022 but looking at the trip advisor reviews...it's good
